Do I need to install software?
No. Phagestion opens in your phone or computer browser. You can also add it to your phone's home screen to open it like an app.
Can other pharmacies see my data?
No. Each pharmacy only sees its own stock, sales and team.
Can I give my employees access?
Yes. On the Team page, enter the employee's name and e-mail, then a temporary password. Their account is created right away and linked to your pharmacy.
How do I get an invoice?
In the history, an Invoice button appears under each sale. Print it or save it as PDF from the print window.
What currency are the amounts in?
In your country's currency (Congolese franc, CFA franc, shilling, naira, etc.). You choose your country when you create the pharmacy.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, to record your sales and update the stock. If the connection drops, the page tells you.
